Who provides the coaching
Coaching services are provided by Motivasean Coaching Team LLC, San Diego, California, operating as Sean Purcell Coaching. Sean Purcell personally delivers the coaching. In these terms, "I" means Sean Purcell, acting for the company.
What the coaching is
Coaching is private, one-on-one conversation by video. The 90-day Intensive begins with a 45-minute onboarding call, followed by four 30-minute coaching sessions each month. Integration and any later Intensive are separate, and each begins only if we both agree. The complimentary 30-minute introductory conversation is a separate appointment.
What coaching is not
Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or legal, tax, or financial advice. If you need any of those, please work with a licensed professional.
No promises about results
I can't promise any particular result, in your business or anywhere else. Coaching depends on what you choose to do, and the decisions about your business are always yours.
Respectful conduct
Coaching requires mutual respect. I may end our coaching relationship if you engage in threatening, abusive, or persistently disrespectful conduct. If I end coaching for this reason, any prepaid fees for coaching services not yet provided will be refunded, and no further payments will be due.
This is separate from your voluntary cancellation, which is covered on the Policies page.

Prices, payments, refunds, cancellation, rescheduling, and missed sessions are set out on the Policies page. Please read them before you pay.
Your agreement
These Terms and the Policies page together form your coaching agreement. The versions in effect when you enroll in an Intensive are the ones that govern that Intensive. Later changes to this website do not change an agreement you've already entered into.

How I handle your information is set out on the Privacy page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
