Business coaching for business owners
You already know what to do. The question is why it isn't happening.
We'll identify the one or two changes that could make the biggest difference in your business, uncover what's been stopping you, and work together to make those changes real.
You've been here before.
You read the book. You went to the training. You wrote the plan. A few weeks later, you were back to doing what you'd always done.
Maybe the obstacle isn't another strategy. Maybe it's a habit, a belief, something you've been avoiding, or a story you've been telling yourself.
Knowing what to do and actually doing it are two different problems.
Change, not just a plan.
We start by finding the one or two changes that would matter most. Not twelve goals. One or two.
Then we explore what's been getting in the way and work together to put those changes into practice, rather than simply adding another plan to the shelf.
This is business coaching that remembers there's a human being running the business.
How It Works
-
The Intensive: Discover and Change
We begin with a 45-minute onboarding call to establish our focus. Then, over 90 days, we meet privately by video for four 30-minute coaching sessions each month.
Together, we identify the one or two changes that could make the greatest difference in your business, uncover what's been standing in the way, and begin turning new understanding into different actions.
-
Integration: Make It Stick
Recognizing what needs to change is only the beginning. Making that change part of how you actually operate is where the lasting value comes from.
That's why the intensive is followed by integration: a lighter period of support focused on practicing, reinforcing, and building confidence in the new behaviors. Typically, this lasts two months.
-
The Next Chapter
As those changes take hold, we identify the next opportunity worth tackling and begin another intensive.
Each cycle builds on the last. The goal isn't to keep you in intensive coaching forever. It's to help you make meaningful changes that last.
There's no automatic renewal. You decide whether to continue.
Who you'd be working with
I have close to two decades of coaching experience, nearly 2,000 hours of one-on-one coaching, and a degree in psychology from Princeton University. I've also led hundreds of workshops and presentations.
I've built and led businesses, coached business owners, and managed large sales organizations. I've spent years working with people who know what they're capable of but aren't consistently doing what it takes to get there.
My coaching starts with curiosity. I ask a lot of questions, sometimes because I want to understand something better and sometimes because the most valuable conclusion is one you reach yourself.
I'll challenge your assumptions, but I'm not here to tell you how to live or run your business. I'm here to help you see what you might be missing, recognize the choices available to you, and make changes that matter.
The Investment
Coaching begins with a focused 90-day intensive at $1,250 per month.
Your first two coaching sessions are backed by a full-refund guarantee.
